PHASE I: PROJECT ONBOARDING & INITIAL DESIGN

Your journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation where we explore your vision for change, identify your needs for space, discuss your project budget and timeline, and answer any questions you might have about our process. If we are the right fit, the next step is a one-hour, paid in-home consultation to refine your project’s scope and craft a personalized Design Services Agreement - laying the groundwork for a successful partnership.

Once we are ready to dive into design, our team will measure and photograph your existing space to establish a solid foundation for your remodel.  Using this information, we develop space plan options tailored to your needs and guide you through refining the design to perfection!

In this phase, we also collaborate with you to refine your design style, establishing the aesthetic direction and functional vision for your project. To ensure a seamless process, our pre-scheduled project timeline provides a clear roadmap of what to expect next and when to anticipate project completion.

PHASE II: PROJECT DRAWINGS & SELECTIONS

This is where your vision starts to take shape! We focus on key design elements such as fixtures, finishes, appliances, lighting, and going beyond to address every detail needed for a cohesive plan that perfectly balances both form and function. To ensure clarity and confidence, we provide design selection boards and detailed 3D renderings, making it easy to visualize your transformed space.

This is truly a collaborative process, designed to alleviate the overwhelm and guide you seamlessly through each decision with expert support every step of the way.

PHASE III: FINAL DOCUMENTATION

In this critical phase, we compile every detail into a comprehensive design package, including highly detailed drawings and itemized project specifications. This ensures your contractor has everything needed to execute your remodel flawlessly.

PHASE IV: CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT & PROCUREMENT

While much of our work focuses on preparation and creating the road map for your remodel before a hammer is ever raised, we remain actively involved throughout construction to project completion. In collaboration with your contractor, our team manages product procurement, including ordering, tracking, delivery coordination, inspecting items, and addressing any deficiencies that may arise.

During construction, we perform regular site visits and maintain open communication with your contractor to ensure your design vision is faithfully executed. Our goal is to alleviate stress, guide you through the process, and see your project through to successful completion.
